You should seriously consider using File Download ActiveX if you have to download from obscure locations if you are having trouble finding download options via mainstream tools and if you want a downloader that is light and very efficient.

You could do far worse than this tool just be sure to scan the installation files when you download it to be sure you have a legitimate version.
